Welcome to Funmax Water and Amusement Park, a unit of Balaji Funworld (Sikri, Faridabad). By accessing this website or purchasing an online entry ticket, you agree to remain legally bound by the following operational terms and regulations:

2.1 Admission & Height Criteria

Entry ticket pricing at the gates is strictly governed by height and category checks:

• Adult: Above 4 feet (120 cm)
• Child: Between 3 feet to 4 feet (90 cm – 120 cm)
• Infants: Children below 3 feet (90 cm) enjoy free entry when accompanied by a paying adult.

Valid government-issued photo ID proof must be presented at the online reservation counter for Senior Citizen or Military Personnel discounted tickets purchased online. If a guest fails to produce a valid ID matching the booking details, they must pay the price difference to standard adult rates at the ticket counter to gain entry.

2.2 Mandatory Swimwear Policy

For public hygiene and safety reasons, proper swimwear made of Nylon or Synthetic Lycra material is mandatory to access all pools and water slides. Traditional Indian attire (sarees, lehengas, dupattas, burkhas), jeans, cargo shorts, or apparel with sharp metal zippers, rivets, or buttons are strictly prohibited in the water. Swimwear is available for rent or purchase at the park lockers for an additional charge.

2.3 Add-on Facilities (Lockers, Towels & Costumes)

Online entry tickets cover access to all operational water slides and wave pools. Locker rentals, towels, and costumes incur a separate rental fee along with a mandatory refundable security deposit. All deposits are refunded at the counter upon returning the rented items in undamaged condition before leaving the park.

2.4 Prohibited Items & Code of Conduct

• Food & Beverages: Outside food, beverages, personal water bottles, and alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the park premises.
• Behavior & Intoxication: Guests found under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaving aggressively will be denied entry or instantly ejected from the park by security staff. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
• Device Safety: Cameras, GoPros, and video recording devices are strictly prohibited on the water slides or inside the active pools to avoid physical injuries or privacy violations.

2.5 Digital Ticket Delivery

Funmax Water and Amusement Park, a unit of Balaji Funworld operates purely on a digital e-ticketing model. No physical tickets or passes are shipped, couriered, or dispatched via postal services to your residential or commercial address.

Upon successful payment confirmation from the gateway, your digital entry pass/booking confirmation voucher will be delivered instantly to the registered email address and mobile number provided during checkout.

To gain entry to the park, you must present the e-ticket PDF/SMS confirmation on your smartphone at the dedicated online booking counter at the main gate to claim your entry wristbands.
