Except as specifically provided in Section 1.5 below, all entry tickets, passes, rentals, and packages purchased online through our website are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled for any other date. Once a transaction is confirmed, the ticket is legally valid only for the specific date selected during the checkout process.
If a guest fails to visit the park on the designated booking date for any reason, the ticket will automatically expire at the end of park operating hours and become invalid. No partial or full refunds, date extensions, or credit vouchers will be issued for no-shows.
In the event that money is debited from your bank account, credit/debit card, or wallet but the website fails to generate an electronic confirmation ticket due to a technical error:
If, due to any technical glitch, system error, data corruption, or pricing malfunction, a ticket is processed or booked at a tariff higher or lower than the actual official price established by the management, the ticket will automatically stand invalid. In such instances, Funmax Water and Amusement Park, a unit of Balaji Funworld reserves the right to cancel the invalid booking. A full refund of the incorrect amount charged will be issued back to the original online payment source, and the guest will need to create a new reservation at the correct tariff.
Ticket prices are strictly non-refundable in the event of partial park or attraction closures. Funmax Water and Amusement Park, a unit of Balaji Funworld reserves the right to close specific water slides, pools, or attractions for routine maintenance, technical infrastructure updates, or safety protocols. No partial refunds or ticket price adjustments will be provided if certain rides are temporarily unavailable during your visit.
In extreme scenarios where the park must be shut down entirely due to unpredictable force majeure events (such as severe weather conditions, government mandates, sudden public safety orders, or critical technical disruptions affecting the entire venue), Funmax Water and Amusement Park, a unit of Balaji Funworld will process a full refund of the ticket amount to the affected guests. The refund will be credited back to the original online payment source used during booking within 7–10 business days of the closure announcement. No rescheduling or alternative dates will be forced upon the user in this scenario.
